Materials: Rovere Dolcerivo Spazzolato, white lacquer, painted steel, Steel Corten.

In San Casciano, in a small village in the silent countryside, this farmhouse carved from an old granary becomes a magnificent residence. The result of a complex renovation with significant structural interventions. Maintaining the rural spirit with the modernity of the furnishings was the goal of our client. For the flooring, stairs, and some wall coverings, we used Fiemme Tremila Dolcevivo parquet—a knot-free thermowood oak from the Luci di Fiemme series that warms the environment with its tone. The furnishings highlight the modernity of the minimalist white kitchen, as white are the sofas, the wall pantry, and the exposed ceiling beams This mix of oak and modern furnishings creates an almost timeless atmosphere.
