Casa Luna
It is in Firenze that we bring the essence of Rovere Anticato Ferro Fiemme tremila with a planed-sawn finish to cover the entire apartment of our client. A bright and large open space allows the insertion of a large sectional sofa adjacent to a dining area with a glass table contrasted by wooden woven chairs in an “old style,” as if a provocation. The highlight of this apartment, however, is the staircase. Made with a combination of three materials: glass, steel, and wood, making it both beautiful and functional. Not only the staircase but the entire flooring of the upper floor corridor disappears into the transparency of the glass, bringing natural light even to the darkest part of the house that filters through the large glass surfaces on the ground floor. The structure is in satin-finish stainless steel with the balustrade also made of glass. The cylindrical floor anchoring systems are made of steel with polished-edge glass steps. The structure preceding the staircase is also a furnishing element with steps in the essence of Rovere anticato Ferro, as well as the first landing, designed with the function of storage to exploit all its depth. We are in the colline fiorentine, but it feels like being on the “Moon”!
