An ambitious project where wood and biocompatibility are the protagonists.

Minimal design, spaciousness, and a sense of relaxation just outside San Miniato.

Few but important design elements, creating continuity in materials and finishes: this was the client’s initial request.

The starting point was the choice of flooring: ARGENTO Spazzolato, an aged oak from FIEMME Tremila, solid, durable, and above all healthy. It became the core around which the entire project developed, including the kitchen snack area, the glass-based dining table base, the corner wall cladding with a hidden wardrobe, TV cabinet doors, and the bathroom furniture—all in perfect chromatic and material harmony.

The kitchen develops on two opposite sides with a large island in the center that separates the work area from the column storage area, with doors giving access to the pantry/laundry space. This creates a practical, usable space without sacrificing a minimal yet refined design.

Every furnishing element was designed for chromatic and material matching: the table with an extra-clear glass top and base made with FIEMME Tremila ARGENTO piano sega wood boards, the suspended sideboard in the dining room with a double cement/matte lacquer finish, integrating perfectly with the console in cement effect and the TV cabinet that encloses all materials used—wood, matte lacquer, and cement.

The whole is enhanced by the clean and crystalline transparency of the extra-clear glass used for the staircase balustrades overlooking the large living room, with a large frosted wooden-effect glass window decorating the elevator shaft defining the environment.

In the bedroom, thanks to its large size, a centrally placed bed with integrated nightstands and a large built-in wardrobe paired with a dresser were possible, using soft and relaxing colors for physical and psychological well-being.

Even in the bathroom, wood remains the main material with a suspended cabinet top and door made of the same FIEMME Tremila piano sega wood for perfect matching with flooring that runs throughout the house
