Nestled among the green hills of Tuscany, this home combines tradition and modernity, expressed through stone, wood, iron and large windows overlooking the landscape. Each room is designed to interact with nature and welcome those who live there into a warm and harmonious atmosphere.
The heart of the home is the kitchen, dominated by a spectacular Calacatta marble island with an integrated snack counter and custom-made furnishings. Exposed wooden beams and satin glass lamps complete this convivial space, where design meets everyday life. Next to it, an intimate and personalised dining area invites moments of sharing: a custom-made bench, a handcrafted table and restored vintage chairs become the protagonists of leisurely breakfasts and chats with friends.
The living room, bright thanks to a large arched window, features a custom-designed and custom-made acid-etched iron bookcase and a carved stone fireplace. Materials, geometries and light create a relaxing environment perfect for reading, where every detail speaks of craftsmanship and character.
Upstairs, the master bedroom opens onto bespoke wardrobes that become architecture: coplanar lacquered doors, specially designed handles and a backlit mirror define a refined and functional space that naturally leads to the sleeping area and bathroom.
The master bathroom is a small temple of wellness: Calacatta marble floors and walls, a freestanding bathtub with organic lines and a suspended washbasin cabinet in natural wood transform everyday life into a ritual. In the child’s bedroom, on the other hand, the wardrobes become a continuous design feature: a design gesture that combines functionality and order without sacrificing beauty.
Every step of the house is designed as an experience. The sandstone staircase gently introduces the upper spaces, while the full-height milled oak doors in the night hallway transform technical requirements into architectural elegance.
The heat-treated oak flooring ‘Terraccesa’ in the knotty Fiemme 3000 finish runs through every room with its warm, authentic tone, conveying the vitality of wood treated with natural oils and waxes. Marble, iron and wood interact in balance, creating a coherent and timeless material language.
